Housing & Support Services
We provide safe, comfortable, Shared and private rooms in our transitional housing service. Our case management services offer one-on-one support, helping veterans navigate benefits, legal issues, and personal growth. We connect veterans to mental health services, including PTSD counseling and substance abuse programs, along with life skills training from budgeting to cooking. Job search support, resume workshops, and job placement services are also available.

We emphasize creating a healing atmosphere where veterans and Individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose, addressing homelessness, mental health challenges, and post-service transition difficulties.

Heroes & Neighbors Group Homes offers a safe, stable, and supportive environment that sets us apart. We assist veterans in obtaining employment and refer them to mental health services, ensuring a fresh start and a smooth transition to independent living. Our peer mentoring program connects veterans through shared experiences and support.
